IT Service Desk Analyst (2nd Line)
Location: Bishopsgate (Hybrid)

£40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

We're looking for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk Analyst to join our client (Financial Services) and provide high-quality technical support to end users across the business. You'll play a key role in troubleshooting IT issues, maintaining system efficiency, and ensuring smooth IT operations. You'll typically be dealing with 700-1000 tickets per month and the team needs someone to support them on this and other project needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strong experience working with Windows 10/11, iOS, and Microsoft 365
  • Active Directory, Azure AD & Exchange Hybrid
  • Worked within an Insurance firm would be a big bonus
  • Intune build deployments & Autopilot enrolment would be great
  • Networking knowledge & IT infrastructure understanding
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
  • ITIL, Microsoft, or CompTIA certifications & financial services experience
