Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Location: Guildford (On-site)

Salary: Per hour plus uncapped commissions

Overall Purpose of the Job

• Developing market channels.
• Collecting and consolidating customers’ data.
• Identifying customers’ initial needs and arranging consultations.
• Assisting with achieving team sales targets based on company procedures.
• Assisting in the development of marketing plans.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager with relevant marketing activities.
• Identifying marketing opportunities to enhance regional brand reputation.
• Managing and training junior marketing officers.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experiences

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
• A strong passion for marketing practice.
• A committed team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines, and work well under pressure.
• Responsible, reliable, honest, self-motivated, and outgoing.
• Must have UK work permission by the start of employment.
