Right to Buy/Residential Conveyancing Locum – Full Time – Hybrid - Up to £55 per hour umbrella – East of England

Venn Group’s specialist legal time are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Right to Buy/Residential Conveyancing Locumto join a well-regarded Public-Sector Organisation in the East of England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with conveyancing or Right to Buy experience.

Duration:Initial 3 months with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

Managing and processing Right to Buy applicationsfrom start to completion, ensuring compliance with legislation.

Conducting eligibility checks, liaising with tenants, legal representatives, and other stakeholders.

Preparing and issuing Section 125 Noticesand ensuring deadlines are met

Drafting Deed of covenant matters, Deed of rectifications and Deed of variations

Providing advice and guidance to tenants and internal teams regarding Right to Buy procedures

Dealing with post completion matters such as stamp duty, registration and sending out notices

The position offers an hourly rate ofup to £55 per hour umbrella. The role also includes a fully remoteworking arrangement, ensuring a great work-life balance.
