An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Mearns cluster. We are seeking an exceptional individual who can join us in our continued journey to deliver excellence in care throughput Aberdeenshire.

The role of the Advanced Clinical Practitioner is a diverse and autonomous clinical role. This role will deliver positive outcomes for patients by providing enhanced clinical assessment and treatment to meet the needs of patients within the community setting. You will support medical staff and other healthcare professionals in the community to provide optimal service delivery. ACPs work in collaboration with independent practices to ensure high-quality care throughout clusters. Responsibilities include undertaking acute on-the-day triage and home visits when required.
