The Company

Their diverse portfolio includes hotels, student accommodations, office buildings, and sports stadiums.

With a turnover exceeding 45m, they are known for their commitment to staff investment.

The Role - Senior Design Manager (Facade/Cladding)

• Managing a design team.
• Managing the design process using his/her commercial, contractual, programme/time awareness and technical expertise.
• Managing external sub-contractors that are relevant to design ie 3D scans/structural engineers/thermal engineers/acoustic engineers.
• Driving the project design forward and presenting potential solutions to issues that arise.
• Setting up and chairing meeting
• Preparation and monitoring of design programmes and monitoring deliverables

This is a client-facing role so you must be able to adapt and communicate with all levels.

Hybrid working model offered.
