Job Description:

Overview: As a Warehouse Operative on night shift, you will be responsible for picking, packing, and quality checking ambient, chilled, and frozen food items to ensure they are ready for delivery. No previous warehouse experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities, including optional accredited courses such as forklift, first aid, and HGV driving.

Shift Details: 16:00 - 02:00, five shifts per week including weekends, totaling 45 hours per week.

Compensation and Benefits: £14.66 per hour (£34,301 per year) plus benefits, 31 days annual leave, company pension, and additional perks such as early salary access via Wagestream, health and wellbeing services, life assurance, discounts through Sysco Perks, discounted products, and subsidized canteen.

Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25kg, comfortable working in a cool environment (thermal uniform provided), and preferably own transport to the site.
