Job description

Here at The Mole Resort, we have launched a brand new resort set in acres of beautiful Devon countryside, jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting activities.

Location: The Mole Resort @Themoleresort

Deadline to apply: 6/6/25

As Restaurant Staff at The Mole Resort, you will be responsible for serving our guests, providing efficient and pleasant customer service, and working to achieve departmental targets. Your tasks will include:

  1. Preparing the station for service, including stocking condiments and servicing cutlery.
  2. Welcoming customers, issuing menus, and recording orders.
  3. Serving food and drinks efficiently and courteously.
  4. Clearing and relaying tables as needed.
  5. Participating in restaurant cleaning duties.
  6. Understanding and complying with health and safety legislation and other legal requirements.
  7. Assisting other departments and maintaining good working relationships.

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates should have:

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to high customer service standards.
  • A neat appearance and adherence to uniform requirements.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.
  • The ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
