Job Overview:
We are seeking 2 dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives with a keen interest in sustainability to join our B2B Sales team. These roles are responsible for driving sales of our ESG reporting tool to support companies measuring the impact of their activities as part of the CSRD mandate. You will also expand the market presence of our comprehensive suite of sustainability products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sustainable solutions, good knowledge of the sustainability regulatory landscape, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients across various industries.
What you'll get to own:
- Leading the sales activities of the ESG reporting tool to companies.
- Identifying new clients.
- Providing consultancy support during the implementation of the tool and managing client relationships.
- Managing sales data and achieving sales targets for our ESG reporting tool and other sustainability solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Driving sales of our ESG reporting tool across key European markets.
- Segmenting the market, identifying, and engaging clients for the ESG reporting tool.
- Supporting the implementation of the tool with consulting support as needed.
- Cross-selling from the suite of existing and new sustainability products.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to meet targets and expand market share.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
- Sharing knowledge with the team to improve sales strategies.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships for satisfaction and retention.
- Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet their sustainability goals.
- Developing promotional materials and campaigns collaboratively with marketing.
- Delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintaining accurate reports of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
- Preparing regular sales performance reports and sharing insights for improvements.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in ESG, sustainability, mobility, or technology sectors.
- SaaS sales experience.
- Understanding of corporate sustainability initiatives and regulations.
- Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
- Degree in business, sustainability, or relevant experience.
- Full driving license.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
- Knowledge of sustainability, mobility, and electrification topics.
- Ability to translate complex solutions into customer benefits.
- Strong business acumen and confidence in engaging with senior clients.
- Collaborative approach and excellent presentation skills.
