If you are a recent Graduate or Finance Assistant with 1-2 years accounting experience, seeking a fast-paced, hands-on accounting opportunity then this is the role for you!

THE ROLE

Responsibilities:

  • Management of your own portfolio of customers
  • AR processing & reconciliation
  • Check credit note, and journal request forms and relevant paperwork are in order for approvals e.g. VAT credit requests, withholding tax, refunds
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Working to clear SLA's
  • Production of a range of commercial reports
THE CANDIDATE

This role will be suited to an early career finance professional, either a Graduate or a Finance Assistant with at least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced accounting setting. The role is based in a dynamic and complex accounts department and the ability to work accurately with an agile mindset is key to success, coupled with a professional communication style.

  • Recent Graduate in Accounting / Business Related Subject

OR

  • Finance Assistant with minimum 1 year of current experience
  • First class communication skills
  • Proven Excel experience (essential)
  • Ability to build good relationships
  • Keen eye for detail and ability to work accurately to deadline
  • A commitment to learning and developing a career in accounting
  • A good degree of IT literacy, particularly MS Excel
