Aftersales Service Developer (FTC)

Fixed Term Contract - 9 months (option to go permanent)

Salary: £28,000 + Commission Structure + Specialist Training

Are you an experienced Sales Executive or Business Development Manager with a background in machinery or the Engineering sector?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a global, industry-leading company, with specialist training, a supportive team environment, and opportunities to increase earnings through a commission structure.

With over five decades of experience, this company is well-respected worldwide. They are seeking a new team member to work with their loyal UK clients.

The ideal candidate will be confident working in a Business-to-Business sales environment and will preferably have at least 3 years of experience in this field.

A driven mindset and proactive work style are essential for success in this role.

Having a background in machinery sales or another technical industry is highly advantageous.

The role:
  1. Office-based role, contributing to achieving the company's after-sales targets
  2. Develop and strengthen relationships with customers, focusing on inactive and lost clients
  3. Provide aftersales support
  4. Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
The person:
  1. Experience in a B2B sales environment
  2. Administrative experience
  3. Familiarity with the machinery market and capital goods sales is preferred
  4. Strong communication skills and customer focus
