The Service Operations Analyst will work in the Service Reporting Team, supporting Major Incident and Problem teams. With major changes within IT Operations, this team provides detailed data analytics and trend reporting to support IT departments and the executive team.

This expanding team is key to identifying improvements and potential issues to ensure the stability and reliability of our IT services.

  • Supporting and assisting senior leadership in data collection and reporting.
  • Analyzing data to identify key trends and inconsistencies.
  • Ensuring robust reporting capabilities.
  • Contributing to the development of reporting solutions.

What You’ll Bring
  • Intermediate knowledge of ServiceNow, report writing, and dashboard creation.
