Sale Sharks Foundation is the charity partner of Sale Sharks Rugby Club. Our vision is to use the power of sport to change lives throughout the North West. We work with over 15,000 people annually through Community Inclusion, Education, and Rugby Development. Our impact is documented in our 2023/2024 Sharks Watch Impact Report. We deliver over 50 community projects across the North West, aiming to positively transform lives through rugby and education. This is your chance to be part of our story!
The Education & Community Inclusion Lead will develop and implement strategic plans for the Education and Community Inclusion departments, focusing on alternative education provision for primary and secondary students and our Hitz programme for 16-19-year-olds. The role involves working closely with the Community Inclusion Manager and team to develop and monitor projects related to disability, social inclusion, health, and wellbeing. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to help achieve strategic goals in education and community inclusion.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required, with time off in lieu provided.
