Business Development Manager

£50,000 - £65,000 + Commission

Northamptonshire (office based 80% and 20% visiting clients)

Full Time / Permanent

Do you possess first-hand experience in sales within the civil engineering equipment sector? We are in search of a seasoned sales professional with a solid track record. The role involves driving sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and establishing our client’s position in the UK market.

  2. Nurturing client relationships
  3. Achieving sales goals in the industrial-heavy civil engineering equipment domains

ABOUT YOU
  1. Direct experience in plant supply services for civil engineering (Essential)
  2. A strong track record in business development, sales, or account management, particularly within the plant supply sector for civil engineering or construction
  3. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  4. Excellent relationship-building capabilities
  5. Proven success in meeting sales targets
  6. Analytical skills to assess market trends and identify business opportunities
  7. Independent initiative with the ability to work both autonomously and as a key team member
  8. Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite
