Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Haemato-oncology Nurse to advance their career within a nurse-led outpatient haemato-oncology service.

The Woolverstone Macmillan Centre, a day unit at Ipswich Hospital, offers malignant and non-malignant treatments to Haemato-oncology patients. The unit relies on nursing expertise to assess and administer treatments safely and efficiently.

You should be competent in the administration of Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatments (SACT). This role provides an opportunity to expand your SACT knowledge, leadership, and communication skills, and to develop professionally in a busy but supportive environment, gaining valuable experience.

The position involves working within our unit during hours of Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 18:00.
