Location: London, The Speechmark OR Newbury + *Hybrid
Working hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits

What you’ll do


To provide day-to-day PMO support for large-scale programmes, ensuring governance, reporting, planning, and control processes are effectively managed to enable successful delivery.


Key accountabilities:

  • Provide PMO support to ensure delivery teams follow agreed governance, controls, and reporting standards.
  • Own and manage central reporting processes, including weekly status reports, dashboards, and SteerCo materials.
  • Maintain and monitor the central RAID log; ensure change requests are tracked and governed appropriately.
  • Support programme budget tracking, PO management, and financial reconciliation with Finance.
  • Coordinate integrated programme planning, stakeholder alignment, and dependency tracking across workstreams.

Who you are

  • Core competencies, knowledge and experience
  • Proven experience in programme/project management office functions within complex programmes
  • Strong skills in reporting, data analysis, and the use of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Sound understanding of governance, RAID, and change control processes.
  • Effective stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with financial tracking, forecasting, and supporting invoice/PO processes.
