Job Description:

Continuous Improvement Coordinator
Permanent, Full-Time
Cannock, Staffordshire (Office Based)
Up to £30,000

Are you passionate about Lean thinking, improving operational efficiency, and driving positive change? We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing performance across the entire product and process flow — from supplier to customer.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, forward-thinking organisation that is committed to operational excellence and long-term career development.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across key departments, making sure orders flow efficiently from start to finish. By working closely with teams, you’ll help spot and resolve issues early, improve service levels, and streamline processes. In addition, you’ll play a vital role in supporting quality standards, Lean practices, and driving ongoing improvement projects across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the movement of work through various teams to help ensure customers receive accurate and timely deliveries
  • Track and update progress on orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines
  • Highlight potential disruptions early and work with relevant teams to keep everything on schedule
  • Help maintain quality and compliance by checking internal procedures and supporting audit readiness
  • Use Lean principles to support smarter ways of working and identify efficiency opportunities
  • Assist in capturing and updating key process documents and quality records
  • Work closely with colleagues across departments to strengthen teamwork and knowledge sharing

  • What We’re Looking For
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple priorities across teams
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (or equivalent) is essential
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Positive, proactive mindset with a curiosity to learn and improve
  • Experience or exposure to planning, stock control, logistics, or ISO standards is a plus
  • Please note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit. Check our Blog for more information.
