We're on the lookout for an experienced Website Specialist to collaborate closely with our client’s EMEA eCommerce and digital marketing teams.

The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills and will utilise platform technology to develop content, pages, and features. This role involves collaborating with internal Marcoms, Merchandising, and SEO teams to build efficient, well-indexed websites and campaign landing pages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new landing pages and manage existing ones, including feature enhancements in Magento as needed.
• Coordinate online promotions, uploading banners in line with the Marcoms schedule.
• Optimise site search and third-party digital tools for improved performance.
• Conduct user acceptance testing and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Improve overall user experience through digital analytics, testing tools, and customer feedback.
• Create and maintain platform documentation, outlining key capabilities and features.

Key Skills

• Experience with Magento or other eCommerce platforms.
• Familiarity with Jira for ticket management.
• Skilled in Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of testing and optimisation tools, including session replay (e.g., Quantum Metric or similar).
