Our client, a leading advisory firm, is looking to hire a Private Equity Transactions Tax Manager to join their growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to work on high-profile transactions, advising clients across private equity, restructuring, and fund structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage complex tax projects across private equity transactions.
  • Provide strategic tax advice to clients on structuring deals efficiently.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver tailored tax solutions.
