We are currently recruiting for an Area Support Sous Chef to work across various sites in the North, primarily around Manchester.

Location:

Manchester

Rate of Pay:

£30,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Working Pattern:

40 hours per week, mainly Monday - Friday, 7am to 3pm. Some weekend support may occasionally be required.

Requirements:

Must hold a full clean driving licence and have your own car. Mileage expenses will be covered.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and create menus aligned with client and customer needs.
2. Prepare food promptly to ensure smooth service.
3. Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality.
4. Assist in developing new service styles and food concepts.
5. Coordinate with relevant parties regarding menu requirements and ingredient orders.
