Exciting opportunity to work directly for a client in Canary Wharf. CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a new high-end residential building. The ideal candidate will be electrically biased (C&G, 18th Edition) with experience in commercial building maintenance, preferably within critical sites like banks, data centers, or blue-chip offices. The role involves electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance. The company offers a salary of £46,000, training, overtime, and career progression.

Duties include:

• Lighting installation and fault-finding
• Emergency lighting testing
• Control panel maintenance
• Ballast replacement
• BMS system monitoring
• Electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance
• Logbook maintenance
• Plumbing tasks such as unblocking toilets
• Pumps and motors maintenance
• Compliance and documentation
• Chillers and pressurization units
• Fault reporting and resolution
• Health & Safety compliance
• Communicating with client staff and subcontractors

Hours of work:

• Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00
