Location: Priory Hospital Market Weighton, 27 Holme Road, Market Weighton, East Riding of Yorkshire, YO43 3EQ

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Hours: 20 per week

Vacancy Type: Permanent - Part Time

Role Description:

The Priory Hospital Market Weighton is a CQC registered independent hospital providing person-centred, recovery-focused care for males with mental illness. The hospital can accommodate up to 13 individuals, supporting their progression from admission to semi-independent living and discharge.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experienced cook preferred, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and preparing meals for up to 20 people in a small commercial kitchen.
  • Ensuring meals are balanced, healthy, and meet dietary and allergen requirements.
  • Maintaining kitchen hygiene following Food Safety policies.
  • Managing kitchen stock, orders, and deliveries.
Shift details:

Hours are 9:30-18:00 over a 7-day schedule, with flexible days available.
