Job description

My client is a multi-award winning, top tier Legal 500 law firm seeking a Legal Teams Administrator to assist the Conveyancing team.


This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic legal team, with great career progression opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Assisting solicitors and conveyancers with administrative tasks, including file management and document preparation.
  2. Handling client correspondence via email and telephone, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  3. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties.
  4. Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  5. Processing legal documents and maintaining accurate records.

What We're Looking For
  1. Min 6 months experience in a legal or conveyancing environment.
  2. Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems (desirable).
