Are you a great leader of Catering Teams with a genuine passion for exemplary service? We have a new opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Director to join our team, covering our sites predominantly throughout Scotland and North England.

This role sits within our Business & Industry division, catering for those within the workplace. Taking care of catering and dining services, we're one of the industry's largest and most innovative contract caterers. Menus are available to pre-order with in-app payment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating a culture of excellent customer experience
  • Ensuring legal and company compliance
  • Driving financial growth and exceeding targets
  • Building and maintaining external relationships with senior clients
  • Overseeing Operations Management
  • Recruiting, supporting, training, and developing the operations team
  • Supporting sales with site visits and bids

Travel required: Due to this field-based role, travel to sites predominantly throughout Scotland and the North of England is expected (company car provided).

Working Pattern: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)
