Salary and Benefits

Salary: £23,500 increasing to £25,000 on successful completion of probation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a HR Assistant to join our friendly, dedicated team at our location in Lupton. You will support our Children's Homes, Schools, Clinical Teams, and Group with onboarding new staff and managing HR administration and employee records.

You will handle administrative queries, ensure compliance, and support safer recruitment practices to safeguard our children and young people.
