JOB DESCRIPTION

Trainee Assembler | Salisbury | £12.21 to £13 ph | Overtime Available

We are currently seeking Assemblers and Production Operatives to join our client's dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in launching their career in the industry. As a Trainee Assembler/Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process, working closely with experienced colleagues. No specific experience is required, but previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

As a Trainee Assembler, you'll benefit from:

As a Trainee Assembler, you'll be involved with:

  1. Building products to a high quality and consistent standard using hand and power tools
  2. Assisting with other areas of production (inspecting, testing, finishing, installing)
  3. Preparing and issuing materials to production using the warehouse management system
  4. Operating machinery and equipment under the guidance of experienced operators
  5. Conducting quality checks on finished products and maintaining a clean and organized work area
