Full Job Description

Role – IT Operations Lead

Location – WestMidlands (Hybrid, with occasional travel to London)

Salary – Up to £50,000 + Benefits

Infinite Talent is working with a pioneering design-ledbusiness rooted in craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuousinnovation. As they expand their technical capabilities, we're helpingthem find an IT Operations Lead to join their close-knit teamand take ownership of day-to-day IT operations across theorganisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting the business’s IT function, fromuser onboarding/offboarding to day-to-day troubleshooting.
• Managing hardware and device life cycles, from procurementthrough to secure decommissioning.
• Supporting teams acrossmultiple locations, ensuring systems are secure, reliable, and fit forpurpose.
• Collaborating with third-party vendors and internalstakeholders to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Developingprocesses and documentation around disaster recovery, continuityplanning, and compliance.
• Driving improvements toinfrastructure, cloud services, and data security protocols.

What we’re looking for:

• Solid experiencein IT operations, ideally in a hands-on environment.
• Strongknowledge of Windows, macOS, Android and Google Workspace.
• Awareness of cloud services (particularly AWS) and networksecurity best practices.
• Comfortable working across teams ina self-managed, high-accountability culture.
• Clearcommunicator who can simplify complex IT matters for non-technicalcolleagues.
• Well-organised, proactive, and calm underpressure.
