Job description

Role Overview:

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for proactively managing the stock operations across the store, ensuring stock accuracy and managing the business supply needs.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage weekly transfer requests
  2. Handle omnichannel services: pick up in store, ship from store, and distant sales shipments
  3. Support all after sales services
  4. Set and maintain high standards in back of house and stockroom areas
  5. Organize transfers in and out between store and warehouse
  6. Manage regular stock inventory (weekly cycle counts, biannual full inventory count)
  7. Manage local and international shipping
  8. Order stationary, packaging, and store supplies as and when required
  9. Generate sell through reports
  10. Raise invoices

Essential Skills & Requirements:
  1. Experience with Visual Next
  2. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  3. Experience in data processing
  4. Ability to assist when required on the shop floor
  5. Excellent organization skills
  6. Effective prioritizing workload and time management analytical skills
  7. Good problem solving
  8. Attention to detail
