WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

This role is offered on a Site-Based Contract with a Hybrid Working Pattern, which can be discussed with the recruitment team during the hiring process.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of our Financial Crime Compliance Controls, Models & Analytics team, currently incubating FC analytics with the Financial Crime CoE team.

You’ll leverage your knowledge in Financial Crime analytics to support the development of Financial Crime models and build a forward-looking operating model focusing on transactional monitoring and customer risk assessment.

  • Driving change and innovation in fighting financial crime with data analytics, including AI and Machine Learning
  • Developing the Financial Crime analytics practice and defining models
  • Providing analytical capability to support business FC processes, including maintaining the effectiveness of TM, CRA, and screening controls
  • Building and maintaining FC controls using innovative analytical approaches to enable risk management decision-making
  • Ensuring analytical work is performed and quality-controlled

What you’ll bring.

  • Broad experience in Financial Crime Analytics management across financial services / financial markets within a global organization
  • Strong SQL skills

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI and ML
  • Experience using Python, SAS, and R
  • Deep FC knowledge, including Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Bribery & Corruption
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
