What is the role
Are you a creative and driven individual seeking to advance your career within a busy, fast-growing company? We are looking for a Creative Co-ordinator to join our in-house team of creatives, stylists, hair and make-up artists, and photographers. You will help deliver high-quality imagery aligned with our creative direction and brand guidelines.
You will play a key role in the daily operations of our Creative team, demonstrating knowledge of women's and men's fashion, social media trends, competitor analysis, and producing inspiring content that reflects each brand's tone of voice.
What you will do
- Deliver high-quality creative photography aligned with brand principles and direction.
- Manage the dynamic requirements of a large studio and creative team.
- Take direction from the Creative Lead and interpret multiple briefs weekly.
- Ensure briefs are approved by the Creative Manager and Brand Creative Trend Design Forecaster.
- Source props, materials, and products promptly, storing them orderly.
- Communicate effectively within the team to evolve imagery aesthetics.
- Innovate and think outside the box across all projects.
- Oversee creative team packing, steaming, and sample coordination.
- Support seasonal creative research and contribute ideas for shoots and campaigns.
- Assist in planning and booking photoshoots, including travel and freelance coordination.
- Attend photoshoots to assist with production, QC, and grading processes.
- Manage budgets and expenses related to creative projects.
- Stay informed about competitors and current trends via research and social media.
- Share competitor insights with the team.
- Maintain schedules and build relationships with external stakeholders.
- Research and propose new locations, permits, and relationships with global producers and agencies.
- Travel to external studios for shoots, requiring a full driving license and passport, potentially overseas.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and maintaining project documentation.
What you will bring
- A portfolio or website linked in your CV is required.
- 2-3 years of coordinating and assisting on fashion photoshoots.
- Passion for fashion and industry experience.
- Attention to detail and IT proficiency.
- Experience in a large creative/studio environment.
- Innovative, proactive, and forward-thinking approach.
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative flair with the ability to produce innovative ideas.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Commercial awareness of retail fashion and lifestyle trends.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work on location and travel within the UK and abroad.
- Full UK driving license.
