This role is a multisite position working in both our West Kirby and Chester branches. You will be primarily based in West Kirby, with the flexibility to work in Chester as needed.

The role is permanent, working 18 hours per week. Specific days and hours will be discussed at interview based on business needs. Please note, there is a requirement to work on approximately 2 Saturdays per month in Chester on a rota basis, with time off in lieu provided.

What Will You Be Doing As A Customer Consultant?
  1. Be the First Point of Contact: Welcome customers warmly in-branch and over the phone, making a positive first impression.

  2. Engage and Understand: Ask insightful questions to uncover customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  3. Listen and Tailor Solutions: Offer personalized solutions based on each customer’s unique circumstances.

  4. Proactive Outreach: Reach out to customers proactively via phone to identify needs and offer support.

  5. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep customer records up-to-date, with special attention to supporting vulnerable customers.

  6. Adhere to Policies: Follow company policies and standards, supported by comprehensive training and coaching.

What Do We Need From You?
  • Previous customer interaction experience, from banking, retail, food & beverage, guest services, healthcare, or similar sectors. We value passion for service and going above and beyond.

  • Ability to work well with others, demonstrating a 'one-team' mindset.

  • Ability to react quickly during busy periods and manage a variety of customer interactions efficiently.

  • Flexibility to adapt and grow with changing business needs.

What Is In It For You?

This multisite role primarily based in West Kirby, with flexibility to work in Chester. It is a permanent, part-time position (18 hours/week), with specific days and hours discussed at interview. You will work approximately 2 Saturdays per month in Chester, on a rota basis, with time off in lieu.

The salary is £23,600 per annum, plus benefits including:
