Pension Finance Administrator

Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading independent pension and trustee company seeking a Pension Finance Administrator to join their team in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire on a fixed-term basis for 6-12 months.

Role overview:

The Pension Finance Administrator will manage scheme bank accounts for SIPP Members, ensuring regulatory compliance and high service standards. The role involves working with three banking systems, handling transactions from reconciliations to pension income payments, during standard hours Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide fair and consistent customer service aligned with Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policies.
  • Collaborate within the Pension Finance team on administrative tasks.
  • Maintain professional communication with clients.
  • Report risks to line managers and compliance teams.
  • Participate in process reviews for service improvements.

Candidate requirements:

Strong background in Financial Services, especially pensions administration, with knowledge of UK regulatory standards and pension systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is essential. Excellent organizational, prioritization, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills are required.
