Responsibilities:

• Occupational Therapist Band 6, 32 hours per week, Permanent
• Provide comprehensive care for adults in community settings through the Locala Adult Therapy Service, based at Mill Hill Community Health Centre in Huddersfield.
• Deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes, community rehabilitation facilities, and care homes.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, with experience in treating patients with brain injuries and neurological conditions preferred.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Assistants; opportunities to train staff are available.
• Utilize good communication skills, demonstrate flexibility, and use initiative.
