Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with all aspects of daily living, ensuring high standards of care.
  • Assist in training and supervising junior staff members under senior staff guidance.
  • Respond to Nurse Call system, answer the door and telephone, and pass messages promptly.
  • Report on residents’ well-being and liaise with GPs and Support Managers.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents at intervals set by senior staff.
  • Provide personal and psychological care professionally, including medication management, toileting, bathing, etc.
  • Maintain accurate records, including changeover and Keyworker documentation, within designated timeframes.
