Role: Litigation Solicitor

Salary: £50,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

We are seeking to recruit for our client a diligent, confident, self-motivated solicitor to join our rapidly growing Manchester litigation department.

The successful candidate will demonstrate technical knowledge commensurate to their experience, as well as a pro-active approach to risk management. Client care is a priority for this client, and the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate when they have gone over and above to provide exceptional quality service to the client. They will be keen to progress and grow within the department.

1. Mortgage Possession claims.
2. Debt recovery.
3. Commercial Litigation.

Preferred Experience

1. Receivership/Insolvency work.
2. Landlord and Tenant work.
3. Property Finance work.
