The successful candidate will assist the Project Management Director in managing relationships between clients, users, and service providers, focusing on:

  1. Procurement and management of Life Cycle works
  2. Management of large construction variations on PFI contracts
  3. Procurement and management of smaller variation works as needed
  4. Management and resolution of Construction Defects
  5. Risk identification, monitoring, and management
  6. Protection of Project Company investments
  7. Record keeping and report preparation

Person specification:

  • Proven experience in project management and life cycle works, including process development and execution in high-profile, high-volume environments
  • Experience in managing, procuring, and delivering large variation projects
  • Experience in procuring lifecycle works subcontract packages
  • Experience managing works subcontract packages
  • In-depth knowledge of Hard FM service delivery gained practically
  • Healthcare Hard Services experience
  • Understanding of relationships between clients, SPV, and service providers
