We have a part-time permanent Business Administrator vacancy within the Adult Social Care Learning Disabilities Day Service Team.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic administrator who will provide support primarily to the Service Manager, staff, and clients within the day service.

Within our friendly and supportive day service environment, we support clients with a learning disability to achieve their goals and aspirations.

We can support you to learn the necessary skills as you will receive excellent training opportunities, support, and mentoring in your role.

We are looking for candidates with:

  1. The ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people.
  2. Ability to manage a reception area and remain calm in a busy working environment.
  3. Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, and MS Outlook.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritise work according to the requests being received.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team to support administration tasks and the management of the office.
  6. The ability to follow instructions as well as using your own initiative to escalate information as appropriate.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro-rata if the position is part-time or term-time only.
