Property Accountant

About the Role

Cobalt is working with a leading Property Management company based in the heart of Manchester who are seeking a Property Accountant to join their friendly, motivated and welcoming team.

Accountabilities:

• Responsible for accounting tasks.
• Ensure compliance, including RICS.
• Line management is desirable but not essential.
• Must be highly organised and able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:

• Property or Client Service Charge Accounting knowledge is essential.
• Any Part Qualified Finance qualifications are advantageous (AAT, ACCA, etc.).
• Experience using Qube system is highly desirable.
• This role has the opportunity to lead one direct report. Previous management experience is desirable OR our client will consider someone who wants to progress.
