About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to kick-start your teaching career by gaining hands-on experience as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA)/Teaching Assistant (TA), or Cover Supervisor within a secondary school. This role is ideal for recent graduates in mathematics or related fields, or anyone eager to inspire students while gaining practical education experience.

Your Path to Becoming a Qualified Teacher:

As an Aspiring Teacher, you’ll support and engage students in their mathematics studies while learning essential classroom management and teaching skills. After gaining experience as an LSA/TA or Cover Supervisor, you may progress to a SCITT (School-Centered Initial Teacher Training) program, working toward Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
