Job Description:

The role will be part of our Quality Engineering & Assurance (QE&A) Practice. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead testing efforts for product releases ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Oversee development and execution of automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
• Provide expertise in Appium framework based on Selenium for mobile application testing.
• Implement and maintain test management tools to track and report testing progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to manage and prioritize testing tasks.
• Conduct testing of Funds Management, fund administration, client onboarding, fee billing, accounting, and reporting functionalities.
• Manage test environments and ensure proper configuration for testing activities.
• Provide detailed test reports and documentation to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and guide junior testers in best practices and testing techniques.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience in investment banking and securities.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and test management tools.
• Proficiency in test management.
• Knowledge of Multifonds, GTAP, Calypso, TLM, Tradeflow, Icon applications.
• Domain experience in Asset & Wealth Management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Understanding of SWIFT messages related to securities (MT5XX).
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL.
• Basic Unix commands (preferred).
• Knowledge of software testing lifecycle and defect lifecycle.
• Experience with functional testing, integration testing (manual & automation).
• Experience with T24 applications, securities, corporate actions, and events.
• Ability to create test plans, approach, and strategy documents.
• Experience documenting testing results and progress.
• Proficiency with testing tools like Jira, HP QC, etc.
• Ability to identify and report defects with severity and priority.
• Experience validating bug fixes and performing system integration and regression testing.
