Job description

PERMANENT OR CONTRACT, RATE NEGOTIABLE

Main Responsibilities

Inspections are to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspections when required, and on completion of all works carried out in accordance with EASA, FAA approved procedures.

General Description

Your daily duties as Inspector will include:

  1. Ensuring all documentation is kept up to date and compliant.
  2. Carrying out inspections in accordance with the latest manuals (CMM, SRM, AMM, etc.).
  3. Inspections to be carried out on receipt of components, stage inspection, and on completion.
  4. Compiling information up to quotation level to support the Production Manager.
  5. Coordinating alongside the stores department.
  6. Assigning tasks and labour as required.
Requirements
  1. Employment history in aviation essential.
  2. A good knowledge base of aircraft manuals/documents.
  3. Computer literacy and experience in Office based software required.
  4. Previous company approvals are preferred.
  5. Knowledge of composite repairs very desirable.
