The Role

Due to increased workflow, they seek a Corporate Solicitor 0-2 PQE to join their West End London practice. Despite their established reputation, especially in Corporate matters, they handle high-quality, complex cases. In 2020, they managed approximately £694 million in deals, including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, and lending.

You will work on a wide range of matters such as mergers & acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, restructuring, insolvency, competition, flotations, and more complex cases.
