This EYFS Teaching Assistant role:

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children’s learning and development in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). Working closely with the class teacher and SEN team, your key responsibilities will include:

* Supporting learning activities – Helping children engage with structured play, phonics, numeracy, and other early years curriculum areas.
* SEN Support – Providing tailored assistance to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them reach their full potential.
* Encouraging social and emotional development – Promoting positive interactions and supporting children in their personal growth.
* Assisting with classroom management – Helping to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborating with staff and parents – Building strong relationships to support each child's individual needs.
