Full Time/Part Time Opportunities (minimum 3 days, Monday to Friday)
We are seeking enthusiastic, GPhC-registered Pharmacy Technicians to join developing pharmacy teams and deliver pharmacotherapy services within Aberdeenshire H&SCP. This role involves remote working to support local teams of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
The ideal candidates will work well within a team, under supervision, and independently. Through on-the-job support and training, successful candidates will gain experience in tasks such as medicines reconciliation, Medicines Care & Review, pharmaceutical queries, managing shortages, and promoting quality, cost-effective prescribing.
Applicants may have a community or hospital pharmacy background or current experience working within GP practices as a Pharmacy Technician. Good communication, interpersonal, and time management skills are essential. A full driving license and access to a car are also required.
The post involves working across a wide area, including onsite work in GP practices and remote work from an agreed base. Specific bases and areas of work will be discussed during the interview.
