Position: Group Systems Administrator

Location: Belfast

Pay Rate: £36,000 per annum

Job Description

The Systems Administrator will support the Group Systems Manager in the day-to-day maintenance and management of the organisation's applications. Responsibilities include working with mobile platforms, CAFM systems, document management, reporting applications, and finance software. The role also involves IT support and operational tasks, with potential travel to other UK and Ireland offices.

Key Duties
  1. Maintain and upgrade the mobile working platform.
  2. Monitor and maintain CAFM and document management systems.
  3. Assist with Logi-Analytics/Power BI development in line with group strategy.
  4. Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Liaise with application vendors for troubleshooting.
  6. Manage user accounts and password policies per ISO27001.
  7. Deliver work to meet stakeholder requirements and respond to change requests.
  8. Create workflow alerts and maintain system user guides.
  9. Assist IT team with support requests and document resolution processes.
Essential Criteria
  • Proven experience in an IT environment.
  • Experience with SQL databases.
  • Experience with CAFM/ERP systems.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Logi Analytics.
  • Reporting experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Android/iOS mobile devices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Criteria
  • Relevant third-level qualification.
  • Experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of MS SharePoint and Power Automate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
