Job description

A Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie is required for this beautiful, modern restaurant and bar in the city of Manchester.

This chic, upmarket eatery will offer classic British dishes, treated to a unique twist and will focus on locally sourced, fresh ingredients produce.

The kitchen is large, and, as a new opening, is both modern and brilliantly equipped.

The Head Chef has developed a mouth-watering a la carte menu brimming with distinctive British dishes, and they serve lunch, dinner as well as a classic Sunday lunch menu.

They are looking for a Commis Chef / Demi Chef de Partie with passion and ambition looking to step into a role where you can continue to progress and learn.

  • Be looking to move into a kitchen where you can learn all about flavours and textures and you will be taught all the modern techniques in order to produce cuisine of this standard.
  • Have your NVQs in catering or at least 1 Year experience of working within a professional kitchen.
  • Have a genuine passion for food.
  • Want to move to the best kitchen in order to learn and develop and increase your knowledge to make you into the best chef you can be.
