Job Opportunity: Senior Carer (Days) – Kirkcaldy, Scotland

Location: Kirkcaldy, Scotland

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour

Hours: Full-Time

Care Home Size: 50+ Beds

I am currently recruiting for a dedicated Senior Carer to join the team at a well-established care home in Kirkcaldy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of residents while working in a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity at all times.
  2. Lead and mentor a team of carers, promoting a positive and collaborative workplace.
  3. Assist with care planning, medication management, and conducting resident assessments.
  4. Communicate effectively with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standard of care.

Requirements:
