Role Overview

You put the customer at the center of everything you do, serving as the face of our business by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and professional manner. You are genuinely attentive to customers' needs and eager to learn about our products to provide the best assistance possible.

Role Responsibilities
  • Greet and thank customers, wishing them a fond farewell, ensuring they have a memorable experience.
  • Provide exceptional service, using your knowledge to help customers find suitable products for in-store and multi-channel sales.
  • Process sales, orders, and refunds efficiently at the tills.
  • Assist with deliveries and ensure stock replenishment and new stock are displayed on the shop floor.
  • Maintain general housekeeping and tidiness of the shop floor and back of house.
  • Stay updated on company activities and promotions.
  • Support floor moves, sale setups, and launches.
  • Adhere to all FatFace policies and procedures, including GDPR compliance.
