What you'll do
The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide our customers with an outstanding service by taking ownership of their transactional or service requests and answering specific product queries. Our representatives also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms, offering them options on how to bank with us.
We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, ambitious, helpful, and able to hold engaging conversations. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine enthusiasm and the willingness to learn.
At HSBC, we prioritize coaching and development, providing access to our learning platform for career growth.
The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturdays). Applicants on visas restricting work hours are not eligible. Support for other branches within reasonable distance may be required, with expenses reimbursed.
