Our representatives also educate customers about HSBC self-service devices and digital platforms, offering them options on how to bank with us.

We seek individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences, ambitious, helpful, and able to hold engaging conversations. Previous experience is helpful but not essential; we value genuine enthusiasm and the willingness to learn.

At HSBC, we prioritize coaching and development, providing access to our learning platform for career growth.

Within this role you will:
  • Provide exceptional face-to-face customer service in a busy branch environment, adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Process transactions accurately.
  • Pay attention to detail.
  • Educate customers on HSBC self-service devices and digital banking.
  • Collaborate with the branch team to improve workflows and customer experience.
What do I need to be successful?
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively and show empathy.
  • Ownership of customer inquiries from start to resolution, delivering personalized, friendly, and efficient service.
  • Resilience in a changing environment.
When & Where you'll work

The role is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 and Saturday 09:00-13:30 (not all branches open on Saturdays). Applicants on visas restricting work hours are not eligible. Support for other branches within reasonable distance may be required, with expenses reimbursed.

Your Training

Full in-branch training over 8 days across 2 weeks, covering systems, products, and services. Attendance at the entire training is mandatory, with no holidays during this period.

What You’ll Get!

Starting salary of £24,000 for 35 hours/week, plus performance bonuses, holidays, discounts, life assurance, benefits platform, and share schemes.
