Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Acton, West London. The Doughlicious Brand Manager will be the custodian of the brand, responsible for developing and executing brand strategies, ideating and executing brand and shopper marketing campaigns, delivering innovation and packaging projects, and leading cross-functional teams and agency partners to drive brand growth. The role focuses on the UK market and involves collaboration with the US team to support sales, manage US shopper marketing agencies, and partners.
This position requires at least 5 years of experience in a top-tier FMCG marketing role. It suits an experienced and ambitious Brand Manager or existing Brand Marketer with a strong growth mindset seeking an exciting challenge in a high-growth environment that offers ownership and influence over the business's direction.
