Job description

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team in London Bridge. Proud to be listed in the Michelin Guide, our dedicated Chefs help us fulfil our dream of leading the Mexican food scene. Preparing speciality ingredients using traditional cooking techniques, we serve delicious, unique food with exceptional flavours to guests all over London, from the City to the West End. If you’re a friendly, energetic, and knowledgeable Sous Chef with a great sense of humour then Santo Remedio is the perfect place to work.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Always preparing and cooking exceptional meals, ensuring high standards and consistency.
  2. Guiding your team and being a role model in the kitchen.
  3. Training and mentoring your team.
  4. Monitoring stock and orders.
  5. Ensuring the kitchen and team is always ready to deliver exceptional service.
  6. Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Safety standards are maintained.
  7. Ensuring GPs are always maintained.
  8. Ensuring efficient rotas.

Salary: £55k - £60K plus bonus

Experience: Required

Languages: English – Advanced

Employment: Full-time

Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 yearly
